Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only for products that are defective, damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered.

Conditions for Return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or consumed products are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, expired, or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available. To exchange a product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged, Expired, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, contact jmenterpriseskol@gmail.com immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
  • A replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed food products.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
